The internet is actually a good place to start your job search. But it seems that many of these job aggregates are getting more complicated as each day passes. Before, all you need to do is to upload your resume on the company’s database (in the official website of the company), search for the job you wish to apply for and if there’s an opening, click on the big button below that says apply. Today, not only companies’ websites have job postings but we have what we call job aggregators. Since companies can post their job offerings on the website, it’s an all access portal to job openings, thus competition sets in.
