First thing first, be prepared. Have a multiple copy of your resumes or maybe you need a portfolio, bring everything that you need and do not forget to put them in a clean, nice looking envelope or briefcase. Look presentable and neat. For ladies, maybe it’s much ok if you can use a not-so high heels because it might take you a few hours to go around. Be comfortable yet well-groomed. Job fairs can be a bit of a hassle because you might wait in lines or bump into somebody, etc, the thing is, always maintain a good aura and fresh look. Never forget to smile. Be professional in manners and in speaking. This is a face-to-face encounter with your potential employer so first impression is important. Perfection here is a must.
